Paneer Tikka
You'll need
- 250 g paneer, cubed
- ½ cup thick curd
- 1½ tsp Imamdasta Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp Imamdasta Chaat Masala
- Onion & capsicum chunks, salt, 1 tbsp oil
The method

Marinate
Mix curd, Imamdasta Kashmiri Mirch, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Coat the paneer and vegetables and rest for 20 minutes.

Grill
Cook on a hot greased tawa or grill until lightly charred on all sides.

Finish
Sprinkle Chaat Masala and a squeeze of lemon.
To serve: Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
