You'll need
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ tsp Imamdasta Haldi Powder
- A pinch of Imamdasta Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp jaggery or honey
The method

Warm the milk
Bring the milk to a gentle boil.

Add the haldi
Stir in Imamdasta Haldi and a pinch of Black Pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Sweeten
Turn off the heat and stir in jaggery or honey.
To serve: Sip warm before bed.
