Inside the jar
Hing is the smallest thing in your masala dabba — and one of the most powerful.
A tiny pinch in hot ghee, and the whole dal changes. That deep, savoury aroma is what Imamdasta Hing is all about.
Strong. So You Need Less.
Good hing announces itself.
Weak hing disappears into the tadka. Ours is strong and aromatic, so just a pinch is enough to bring that unmistakable depth to dal, kadhi and sabzi.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another spice.
What Makes It Special?
- Strong, deep aroma
- A pinch is enough
- Transforms tadkas instantly
- Essential for dal, kadhi and sabzi
- Homemade with traditional care
That Tadka Sizzle?
Ghee, jeera, a pinch of hing — and the sizzle as it hits the dal.
The whole house knows dinner is ready.
