Inside the jar
Yellow sarso is the gentler side of mustard — milder, brighter and perfect for pickles and pastes.
Imamdasta Yellow Sarso brings a soft, tangy mustard flavour to achaar, kasundi and marinades.
Gentler Heat. Brighter Flavour.
All the mustard flavour, less of the sting.
Yellow mustard seeds are milder than black, making them ideal for smooth mustard pastes, pickles and marinades where you want flavour without too much bite.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another spice.
