Inside the jar
Rub a few seeds between your fingers and you'll know — ajwain doesn't do subtle.
Imamdasta Ajwain brings that sharp, thyme-like aroma to parathas, pakoras, puris and dals.
A Pinch Goes a Long Way.
Ajwain is pure character.
Sharp, slightly bitter and deeply aromatic, it gives fried snacks and heavy dishes a lift that makes them feel lighter and more flavourful.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another spice.
