Inside the jar
Methi dana is the spice that teaches balance — a touch of bitterness that makes everything else taste better.
Imamdasta Methi Seeds bring a warm, nutty, bittersweet depth to tadkas, pickles and South Indian cooking.
Bittersweet, the Right Way.
Used right, methi is magic.
Fried gently until golden, methi seeds turn nutty and aromatic, adding a depth to pickles, kadhi and sambar that nothing else can.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another spice.
What Makes It Special?

- Essential for pickles
