Kadai Masala at Home
You'll need
- 2 tbsp Imamdasta Dhaniya Seeds
- 1 tsp Imamdasta Jeera
- 4 Imamdasta Red Chilli (Whole)
The method

Dry roast
Roast the dhaniya, jeera and red chillies on low heat until fragrant.

Cool
Let them cool completely.

Crush
Coarsely crush in a mortar or grinder.
To serve: Use in kadai paneer, kadai chicken or any tawa sabzi.
