Inside the jar
Drop a whole red chilli into hot ghee and watch it darken and puff — that smoky heat is the soul of a good tadka.
Imamdasta Red Chilli (Whole) is dried whole red chilli for tadkas, chutneys and fresh-ground masala.
Smoky When Fried. Fiery When Ground.
One chilli, many moods.
Fry it whole for a gentle, smoky warmth. Break it for more heat. Grind it for your own fresh chilli powder — whole chillies give you full control.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another spice.
