Red Chilli Garlic Paste
You'll need
- 15 Imamdasta Red Chilli (Stemless)
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil, salt
The method

Soak
Soak Imamdasta Red Chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.

Grind
Grind with garlic, vinegar and salt into a smooth paste.

Cook & store
Cook the paste in oil for 5 minutes, cool and store in a clean jar in the fridge.
To serve: Use in curries, marinades, fried rice or as a fiery dip.
