Inside the jar
Some masalas cook into a dish. Chaat masala wakes it up.
Tangy, savoury, a little spicy and impossible to stop at one bite — that is the taste of the chaat corner, the fruit plate and the evening snack.
Imamdasta Chaat Masala brings that chatpata magic home, ready to sprinkle whenever food needs a little more life.
Not Just Tangy. Perfectly Balanced.
Good chaat masala is all about balance.
Too sour and it overpowers. Too salty and it flattens everything. Too mild and you won't notice it at all.
Our blend is made to hit that sweet spot — tangy, savoury and gently spicy, so every sprinkle lifts the dish instead of taking it over.
And like everything from Imamdasta — maa ki rasoi se — it is made with care, not rushed out as just another masala.
What Makes It Special?
- Tangy, savoury and gently spicy
- Balanced so it lifts without overpowering
- Ready to sprinkle — no cooking needed
- Fine powder that coats every bite evenly
- Made for that authentic chaat-corner taste
